In order to qualify for the limited warranty, the Refurbished part must be installed by a certified A/C
technician, professional mechanic.

The limited warranty only covers the replacement of the part, or a refund of the purchase price of the
part. The limited warranty does not cover the cost of labor, removal, installation, or any diagnostic costs.

The following shall render the limited warranty void:
The part is returned locked up or contaminated in any way.
The part is altered in any way.
Any physical damage to the part.

How to file a limited warranty claim?

In order to file a limited warranty claim, the purchaser must notify Case Remanufacturing of the limited
warranty claim by using the link “Contact US”, “FILE A LIMITED WARRANTY CLAIM.” Purchaser must
upload a copy of the proof of installation of the part by a certified A/C technician, professional mechanic,
or a service station which specializes in automotive air conditioning systems for domestic and foreign
vehicles in the required field of the section, “FILE A LIMITED WARRANTY CLAIM.”

After receiving notice of the limited warranty claim and inspecting the limited warranty claim, Case
Remanufacturing retains the discretion to provide a refund of the purchase price or exchange the part,
Purchasor is responsible for shipping expenses after 30 days of the part originally purchased.
