Warranty Eligibility

To qualify, the refurbished part must be installed by a certified A/C technician or professional mechanic.

What the Warranty Covers

• Replacement of the part or

• Refund of the purchase price of the part

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

• Labor costs

• Removal or installation costs

• Diagnostic fees

Warranty Void Conditions

The limited warranty becomes void if:

• The part is returned locked up or contaminated

• The part is altered in any way

• The part has any physical damage

How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a limited warranty claim:

1. Go to the “Contact Us” page and select “File a Limited Warranty Claim.”

2. Upload proof of installation showing the part was installed by:

   • A certified A/C technician

   • A professional mechanic

   • Or a service station specializing in automotive A/C systems (domestic or foreign vehicles)

After You Submit a Claim

Once your claim is received and inspected, Case Remanufacturing will determine whether to:

• Refund the purchase price, or

• Exchange the part

• Shipping costs after 30 days from the original purchase date are the responsibility of the purchaser.
